registration is completely filled out and legible. Race Committee is not responsible for the
score of a boat if form is incomplete as this may cause difficulty in scoring
your boat.
This race is limited to
boats haveing a PHRF rating of no less then 100,
minimum length 22 feet. Boats 30 ft. and
longer have a workable head, berth and water. No Spinnakers.
Time: Registration 8:00 AM, Skipper’s Meeting 9:00 AM, Race Starts at 10:00 AM

the Skipper’s Meeting

will be furnished after the race.

Regatta will be governed by the International Yacht Racing Rules, the
prescriptions of USYRU, including the prescription to rule 76.1. The undersigned hereby assumes all risk of
accident and expressly agrees that the PRYC will not be liable, under any
circumstances, for loss or injury to participants or others, loss or damage to
any yacht. The undersigned further
agrees to indemnify and hold the PRYC and its officers free and harmless under,
from and against any and all losses, costs, damages, attorney’s fees and
liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, growing out of or resulting from
participation in this event.
